1. The Producer of the Show(s) has the final authority to the
location of all displays.
2. When a vehicle and/or display is set up for the Show(s),
they cannot be removed until the end of the show without permission of the
Producer.
3. HCFVTF, Hooters, the show producer, show manager, show
judges and show personnel may not be held responsible for theft of, or damage
to, vehicles or any artifacts on display.
4. Exhibitor agrees to obtain insurance covering exhibitors
vehicle, trailer, display and all materials used to display the vehicle. The
exhibitor assumes full responsibility for any loss or damage.
5. Upon signing this entry form you agree that you have read
all the above information and fully understand its content. The owner, spouse
and guests agree to allow HCFVTF the use of their names and photos for
publicity, advertising and commercial purposes before, during and after the
event without compensation to the exhibitor.
6. Entry Fees are
non-refundable unless written notice is received via fax or email 14 days prior
to the first day of entered show.
